What should I do to prepare for moving out?
We ask that you notify Precision Property Management via our moving-out form according to the notice period specified in your lease (usually 30-60 days). Clean the property thoroughly, repair any damages, and ensure all your belongings are removed. Arrange a final walk-through with us, and provide your forwarding address for the return of your security deposit.
