Applying for residency starts on the available listings page. Just Click “Apply Now” on the listing you want to start your application for. If you want a checklist to use while gathering information and documents feel free to download ours below.
Gather the documents and info you will need before starting your application.
A valid form of identification. Valid forms of identification include:
- Drivers License
- Passport
Proof of income
- W2
- Paystub
2 years of residential history and contact information for your rental references
Document Formats
You will need to have photos or PDFs of your documents to upload them into the application form.
Click “Apply Now” on the bottom of the available property listing you want to apply for.
This brings you to that property’s application page. Begin the application form and fill it out completely including uploading relevant documents. You will be asked to pay the application fee before submitting it. We accept the following forms of payment:

Apply for residency
Applying for residency is the final step before getting the green light to move into your new home. After deciding on a property, you can start the application process by clicking “Apply Now” on the property listing and also on the property detail page.
